Why Development HQ?
I founded Development HQ because I know what it means to grow up with poverty, instability, and limited opportunity. After serving nearly ten years in prison, I used that time to educate and rebuild myself. I learned that knowledge can transform lives. Development HQ allows me to share that knowledge, support small businesses, create opportunity, and help strengthen communities.
Our vision for community impact
I hope Development HQ helps small businesses grow, create jobs, and build lasting wealth within their communities. I want to give entrepreneurs access to knowledge, technology, funding opportunities, and practical support so they can succeed, strengthen their neighborhoods, and inspire others to create positive change.
Experiences that build solutions
I bring firsthand experience with poverty, incarceration, rebuilding my life, entrepreneurship, technology, writing, and more than 16 years in the trucking industry. I have learned how to solve problems, create systems, develop ideas, and use knowledge as a tool for growth. These experiences help me understand the challenges people face and build practical solutions that create opportunity.
